Fairly clean hotel in a nice building next to the cafeteria, a safe area and downtown Richmond. Overall a very nice stay for 2 nights. Very pleasant and amazingly nice staff throughout our stay. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven in the room, particularly good location. Really good facilities.
